Prices

All prices quoted are in US Dollars. Prices are F. O. B. Malaysia ( excluding packing costs, freight costs & cost of export documentation. JLS reserves the right to amend the price list and availability without prior notice.

Minimum order quantity

A minimum 5 boxes of discus is recommended to enjoy the special rates from the airlines.

Shipments below 50kg is charged according to the IATA rates.

Transportation Charges

 a.Air Freight Rates : Depends on the destination of the airport and airline used.
We use the standard 60 x 40 x 27 cm styrofoam container
.Each box is approximately 12.5 -16 kg. ( depending on the size of fish )

 b.Documentation & Handling Fees : $100.00 per shipment

- Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
- Certificate of Health
- Handling and Transportation

 c.Packing Fees $10 per box/carton.

 Payment

Payment must be sent in advance prior to shipment.
Payment must be fully paid and sufficient to cover freight charges, cost of goods, packaging costs and charges incurred on documentation. Any excess will be brought forward to next order.

All payments must be made by means of Telegraphic Transfer(TT) / Wire Transfer

Guarantee & Claim

Fish DOA will normally not exceed 5%. For DOA exceeding 5%, buyer should report and submit the bad shipment / Discrepancy forms to the carriers immediately. For our verification, a copy of the discrepancy form and photographs of each of the dead fish must be sent to us immediately. We will replace the DOA of the same strain or of the same value.

However, if DOA of the fish occurred due to flight delays or mishandling by the airline, we will not be responsible for compensation. Instead, buyer should lodge their claims directly to the relevant airline. In case of DOA due to delays in clearance, we will not liable for compensation.
